Portal outage

We have been receiving reports that users are unable to connect to the portal, and ITS staff are working with CUC and Informix to diagnose and repair the problem. We will add more information as it becomes available.

Academic POP/IMAP outage

ITS staff noticed the Fac-staff POP and IMAP servers were down early this morning. We rebooted the servers as soon as we were aware of the problem, which restored connectivity.
Faculty and staff who had problems connecting to email late last night or early this morning should try again now.

Password Problems

Several students, faculty and staff have reported problems logging in to email or network resources this afternoon. We have notified Technical Services staff and are investigating this problem.
Visiting http://mypassword.pomona.edu and resetting the CAMPUS password fixes the problem for affected users. If your login is being rejected, please visit this site and try resetting your password […]

Problem with WELLS server

On Saturday afternoon we discovered a problem with the WELLS server (which hosts faculty userspaces, off-campus account holders’ userspaces, departmental userspaces and class userspaces) which was preventing users from accessing these folders. We are conducting repairs and hope to have the problem resolved shortly.
