The problems that were occurring earlier today with webmail have been resolved. You should know be able to login to your account with any problems. If you are still experiencing problems, please contact the helpdesk at 909.621.8062.
A number of accounts seem to be having problems logging into the default webmail interface (mail.pomona.edu). We’re currently looking into the problem.
In the meantime, SquirrelMail continues to work, as do e-mail programs such as Outlook and Thunderbird (setup instructions).
ITS is now working with Right Answers to provide Pomona College with an online knowledge base.
This system will provide immediate answers to common (and not so common!) questions, regarding almost all of the applications you currently use.
