Did you know you could request equipment purchases right here on the ITS Website? Click on Contact ITS above and select “Equipment Purchase Request Form”. This will send your request to ITS where we can then work with you to order the right equipment.
If you commonly access the system from off campus by using dialup, please be advised that dialup is currently not working. The situation is under investigation but we apologize for any inconvenience.
A firmware update was deployed which may affect your ability to print if you use an HP2300 or HP2430 in your office. ITS is aware of the situation and is working to resolve it. If you are affected, please email helpdesk@pomona.edu so that we have a record of it.
Scribe has been rebooted and this should have resolved any printing issues you were having. If you are still experiencing issues, please let the Help Desk know.
