ETV problem fixed

The ETV problem announced earlier has been fixed. We are encoding videos normally now, and should be caught up with backlogged work by end of day tomorrow.

Due to a problem with the ETV server, ITS will temporarily be unable to add new videos to the system. We have contacted vendor support and are working on resolving the issue. This will not affect videos currently in the system. Questions? itg@pomona.edu

The Exchange server is experiencing a hiccup. It should be on its way up.

Network Services just informed us that the dial up server is out. It appears as though the antiquated hardware will have to be replaced before dial up is once again available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Please be informed that the CX Menu is unavailable. ITS is working on the problem and will notify you when it is available again.
