The ITS KnowledgeBase
The ITS KnowledgeBase allows for immediate 24/7 access to answers to “how-to” questions, FAQs, problem resolutions, and general information about Information Technology at Pomona College.
Note: Most pages in the KnowledgeBase require a Pomona login.
The Service Desk is staffed by a combination of students and full-time staff and provides live assistance for service requests and incident reports. It is open Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm (Summers 8 am to 4:30 pm) with extended hours staffed by student consultants.
