ITS provides several ways for you to get help for your technical problems and answers for your questions:

Helpdesk

The HelpDesk is the quickest way to get personal assistance, and the best place to start if you have any questions. Ways you can contact the Helpdesk:

  • You can contact them through this website with the HelpDesk Contact Form.
  • You can email the Helpdesk at helpdesk@pomona.edu
  • You can dial 18061 or 18062 for phone assistance.
  • You can come by the ITS building and visit the Desk itself
