ITS has several ways to answer your questions and help you with your technical problems.
Helpdesk
The HelpDesk is the quickest way to get personal assistance, and the best place to start if you have any questions. Ways you can contact the Helpdesk:
- You can contact them through this website with the HelpDesk Contact Form.
- You can email the Helpdesk at helpdesk@pomona.edu
- You can dial 18061 or 18062 for phone assistance.
- You can come by the ITS building and visit The Desk itself

The ITS KnowledgeBase
The ITS KnowledgeBase allows for immediate 24/7 access to answers to “how-to” questions, FAQs, problem resolutions, and general information about Information Technology at Pomona College.
Note: Most pages in the KnowledgeBase require a Pomona login.
