Conference and Meeting Facilities
Conference room(s)
The ITS conference room located in the ITS building is designed and reserved primarily for ITS related functions and events. For more information please contact the ITS business manager.
Project Rooms
Located in the ITS building are four project rooms designed for small collaborative meetings. Room A is reserved for ITS staff project meetings, while rooms B and C are available to students when a student consultant or CS-Staff is on shift. Room D is also available to students but is reserved for overflow. These rooms consist of white boards, a PC and/or Macintosh computer connected to 42″ wall mounted display with Polyvision Smart technology installed, AV connections and DVD\VHS playback equipment. The room is designed to hold three to four individuals comfortably.
Videoconferencing
ITS currently has two videoconferencing facilities available.
ITS Conference Room:
This facility holds approximately 35 people. This facility is best used for large class conferences and lectures
Alexander room 200:
This room is best for smaller groups of 15 or less.
Both rooms are capable of IP connections and Room 200 has ISDN as well
