Information for Five College Students

Getting a Pomona Account

If you’re a student of the other colleges taking a class at Pomona, a Pomona account is automatically setup for you. In order to receive your username and temporary password for this account, you will need to visit the ITS Helpdesk with your ID card. The consultant on duty will then issue you your information and aid you in changing your password.

In the event your account was not generated (in some instances, this may happen if you added the class after the semester was underway), you can get a Pomona account by sending an e-mail to helpdesk@pomona.edu with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Your school
  • Your ID number
  • Your E-mail address (must be a Claremont Colleges e-mail)
  • Your Pomona class and instructor

Within a few days, you will receive notification that your Pomona username and a temporary password are ready. You can then pick up this information at the ITS Helpdesk.

Please note that accounts are only given to students taking classes at Pomona.
